My brother passed away in his home. We need a clean up crew to go in and clean and sanitize the home very well. he had a very contagious virus and gloves must be worn..I don't think this is something that a regular cleaning service can do. The Room where his death took place will need cleaning and there is blood involved..Who would I call to do this for me?

Health Dept. is a good suggestion. I was going to say call and ask the morgue or hospital that handled your brother's remains. You could also just put in a call to Merry Maids in Santa Monica and ask them. If they can't/won't do it, they may know who will. So sorry for your loss. Good luck.
