Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand.
Beautiful beaches, harbour, hills, trees, peninsula, fantastic university, library, music, art gallery, cafes, hospital.
Great city to live in & great for children & families.

Money no object?

I'd buy the Pacific Ocean, build a big platform and then plonk a massive complex on it with every luxury I could wish for. I'd declare myself an independent nation, ban religion there and insist that all females entering my country went around naked (except my mum which would be a bit odd, don't you think?).

I'd then rescue endangered species and rehome them there, using hydoponic, biosphere and similar technologies to recreate their natural environments - and anyone caught trying to harm them would be subject to immediate martial law (me giving them a damned good thrashing and then lobbing them into the sea without their passport).

I'd also go to UN meetings just to wind up the Yanks and fundementalists and see if I could get them to have a bare knuckle fight. I'd also buy up all the world's oil and refuse to sell it on to encourage Hydrogen power technology development, thus relieving the world of hydrocarbon fuel emissions (but I'd secretly have the Top Gear team come out and use my petroleum product to entertain me until Hydrogen powered cars were stylish enough to keep up the Top Gear standard).

Definately Mars. We've lost the pioneer spirit to fear :(. But I'd be happy with my own space station... I'm planning to move to New Zealand within the next five years.

Greece - good food (love Greek cuisine), friendly people (lowest crimes commited out of the EU countries) and good Mediterranean weather. Infact I am pondering on the thought of emigrating from Britain to Greece later when I am older (15 at the minute).
