what exactly is a minoe and can you put them in a fish tank with other fish? not salt water fish just plain old fish....thanks

minnows? They are freshwater...used as bait...used as feeder fish. Yea you can put it in there. They aren't special at all. White clouds are a step up!

There is not such thing as minoe. I think you are reffering to Minnows. There are different types of minnows in pet stores, White Cloud, Rosy Reds and other types. Those are the well know. Depeding on what type of minnow you want/the fish that you are gonna house with them, yes, they should be fine.

Minoes (or "Minnows") are one of the friendliest of the small fishes. If you put them in a tank they will normally behave pretty well and not try to jump out. You have to feed them and make sure they have clean water. Just to make them feel at home you should put a small pirates chest model in the tank with them (with little fake gold and maybe a pirate skeleton).

a minnow is a small stream or lake fish. they don't grow big at all, but if you plan on putting them in with any existing fish, make sure to put them in a seperate tank for a few days to check for any diseases that could harm the fish you have. other than that they are just not very flashy.
