No everything does not exist (thing are still being made) but all of the things they are made of already exist so technically yes. The only things that technically don't already exist are man made elements that scientists are going to make in the future.

I'm not sure what would be beyond it if it doesn't go on 4ever. Maybe a bunch of black holes surround the universe and they suck the light and sound from the universe out 4ever and that's why the universe seems like it goes on 4ever

Several of your answers that you have received seem to be in error.

The Galaxy (Caps indicate we are talking about the Milky Way Galaxy) is not infinite. It is roughly 1500 light years in diameter and 1.5 light years thick.

Space is not expanding.

The Universe is everything that is in space, and things which make up the Universe are moving away from each other - some at really fantastic speeds. So the "universe" is expanding.

As far as we know, there is no end to space.
We know that we can "see" things in deep space with our best optical telescopes at distances of 13 Billion Light Years in all directions from Earth. That alone is a huge, huge distance. Using Radio Telescopes, scientists and astronomers can detect objects in deep space at distances of 40 Billion Light Years from Earth in all directions.

So, our "seeable" distance is roughly a sphere of radius that is 13 Billion Light Years with the Earth in the center. Our "detectable" distance would similarly be a sphere of radius 40 Billion Light years. These figures only show where our equipment craps out and fails to give us any more useable information. Space continues on beyond that, only we can"t "see" any farther than that. some new developments may come along in the next ten or twenty years which jack that distance up to maybe 60 Billion Light Years...who knows...We will just have to wait and see.

"Space" is expanding at an icredible rate, and does exercise the idea of infinity. Everything exists as it is now whether it is something we see in the sky or here on earth. As far as space repeating, I'm not sure I understand what you mean. "Space" doesn't repeat, "Space" expands.
