Yes, fishes jump. Dolphins flip which is a jump and then lands back in the water with a flip. Shamu from Seaworld jumps also because he was trained to.

Some fishes can, like flying fish, salmon, mullet, carp, etc. Mostly they just remain in the water, because it's only evolutionarily advantageous for fish who have land predators to jump, because it makes them more obvious to those land predators. But to evade water predators, some fish like the ones above can jump.
Also, if you consider a shark a fish, great white sharks can jump.

Yes even gold fish do I had one that got really big and it jumped out the tank and I found it full of lint under my sofa, that was a sad day :(
