There is a huge range, and no one can give you an accurate estimate. You're going to have to call around to find the answer. Just like all car repairs, your dealer is going to be on the high end, and your local small shops will be on the low end. The price also depends on what kind of pads you decide to use.
Honestly, brakes are like legos. If you buy a repair manual for your car, it'll go through the steps and have pictures. That will save you hundreds of dollars.

Do the brakes yourself. How easy is it to do? I can do them myself...little old female me!! Have the rotors turned if they can be...local shop here does it for 15 bucks a rotor. Pads can be had for not much more than that. Trust me...disc brakes are a no brainer....

Car shops kill you in that and its easy to do if you know how to or know someone that does and could help you.
I know parts usually dont cost more than $60-80.
I used to work at a shop and they would have it fixed n let it sit for an extra hour or two n tell the customers that it took x amount of time longer than what it did.
Than if you buy your own parts, theyll charge you a percent of what it would be so your not going to like it either way.

rotors are $100-300 depending on if you want drilled, quality etc.
pads are between $50-120 all these are per axle so double both numbers if you are doing all 4 wheels.
I'm just guessing, they may be slightly lower because it's chevy, but I would doubt you can find rotors for less than $100
with labor it's around $400-500 per axle, get a repair manual and do it yourself.

First you need to know for sure that you need rotors, rotors can be turned and might not need to be replaced. You may have a $200.00 or so investment, give or take a little.Don't delay getting them checked, any delay could cause more damage and increase cost. ood luck.
