I don't know how to do it, so I was going to have someone do it for me. I have feelings for this girl at work, but she has none for me what so ever. Since someone else is doing it, am I exempt from the three fold law, since im not the one that cast the energy out, just the spell caster. I am guessing that nothing major is going to happen for me since its not really harmful or bad.

To avoid ethical issues of interfering with free will and right intention, I would choose another spell.

Design a ritual to focus your confidence! Choose to cast a spell on yourself, so that you will speak well and project a loving, approachable and enjoyable energy. Then, carry that confidence with you, knowing that the ritual has confirmed the sincerity of your intention.
Even if that particular girl doesn't gravitate to you... others will. The rewards of using ritual and spell to change your life will be much greater if you focus on improving yourself and the way you relate to other people.

You must have an ethical focus and good intentions towards all : if you don't you will feel drained and troubled, definitely not attractive energetic qualities. So make sure that you wish the best outcome for ALL people involved, including anyone helping you with the spell, the object of your affection, and anyone else you may interact with. Send her a blessing that is without condition - wishing the very best for her whether she chooses to notice you or not.

Also, if you are successful and she does respond to your increased positive and attractive energy, that is only the first step! You must bear in mind that loving partnerships require spiritual commitment. Continually re-dedicating yourself with ritual designed to affirm your new loving energy will become a useful practice.

Good luck,

It will be cheaper and easier to drug this girl into submission and brainwash her. Not what you had in mind? This is exactly what a spell of this kind does to someone. Messes with their free will. You are not exempt from karma. In this case, you ARE the spell's origin (you are using the spellcaster as a "tool".) You can't gain true love this way. Try a spell to make yourself have more integrity and attractiveness.
EDIT: I read your other questions. So you live at home with your parents, ask about mail order brides, want to do background checks on girls on dating sites, and want to illegally download stuff at a Starbucks hot spot. Boy, you REALLY need that integrity and attractiveness spell!

A love spell won't work because love involves chemistry and free will. There is no type of magick out there that can make someone love you when they don't or don't want to. The most you can try is an love spell on yourself that would attempt to make you more attractive to the opposite sex in general.

A Love spell means making someone want to be with you when they don't. Its full on control of will. Imagine if you had sexual relations with this girl against her will. There is a word for that. It may be different but it all boils down to the same thing. Ask someone to amplify attraction to speed things up so its not manipulation. one thing off of both of you including a significator, poppy to amplify, rose to soften, lavender to sooth. I find wearing it as a cologne with an amulet works well.

That threefold law you claim to be exempt from is also called Karmic Law and it is applicable to all human beings.

What you sow, you reap

What goes around, comes around

What you put into something, is what you get out of it

Cause & Effect

Newton's Third Law of Motion: "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction."

You are either very young or very ignorant.

A dose of maturity would suit you quite well!

wrong you will not be exempt from the three fold law, and going against someones will can bring it back to you 9 times 9. You could end up with a fatal attraction situation, you can do many things to see if the other person has feelings for you but if you know they don't leave well alone.

I think why don't you wait and not cast a love spell.

Your'e going to have one heck of a time giving those 10 points away....more like it will come down to a vote by others.
Although I can't in all honesty say which answer I think is best, because I LOVE THEM ALL !

As for you.....you make me sick. It's people like you, and I use that word loosely in your case, that give practitioners of the Magickal Arts a bad rep. I'll go one better for you pal.

"I tie you up, I tie you down....
Turn your smirk into a big frown.
For reason known to us all,
Except yourself, who missed
the call."

How is it "not harmful" to try and take someone else's free will away?

And you'll never find anyone with an ounce of dignity or training to do it for you. Have a nice day.

Love can only be earned, not casted. You should make the girl love you without using magic. Trust me, if she doesn't like you without magic, the realationship won't work out.
