Not a man but I talk dirty during sex. I can understand how in this instance it would have turned you off. She wasn't talkin dirty she was yelling at you. Did you mean that she said you better not fkin come in me? That should be a conversation that you have before the actual sex. Maybe she got frightened because she just thought about it because she was swept away in the moment and then it crossed her mind and scared her that the two of you didn't use protection.
