can someone clear this up for me?

when someone says that you are on their "**** list" does that mean that they just dont like you, or that they dont like you and that they plan to do something nasty to you?

Means that they are angry with you, that you are in trouble with that person.

If they made a list of people that they were angry with, it would be called the Sh!+ list.
