Do you think it would be a better if photos could not be posted, published or reproduced without the consent of the people in the photograph.

I definitely do. Celebrities are 'public domain' and have no say where their pictures are published. It's becoming the same for the average person, but it should not be this way.

In theory, you must have a model release, unless the supject is actively seeking public attention. But I don't think that works all that well.
