Legal immigrants should be helped all they can be. Illegals deserve nothing. When are they going to amend the constitution so that a child born here is not a citizen unless at least one of their parents is a citizen or at least a legal resident.

From my point of view I think they should but til they find a job, they should be given some certin time to find one and if they don't well too bad the government aid should be taken away

Actually if the U.S. spent as much money on the rest of their budgets as they do on the military you'd most likely not need to worry about the illegal immigrants as much as the rest of the problems there. Brother T.M.Murphy

Nobody should be barred from basic humanitarian assistance, but we need to secure the borders and enforce existing penalities to employers of illegals so that there is less abuse by them of our public funds.

If they have immigrated legally, they should not need to, as one requirement for legal immigration is to be able to support yourself. So if they come and fall on hard times, sure.
