I haven't worked since September due to a on job back injury. I just applied for workers comp, I already get medcail from them I just wanted to see if I can get paid since I can't work. Does anyone know if I get workers comp will they give me back pay since I haven't been able to work since September?

If you haven't got a lawyer get one companies will do anything to get out of paying workers comp and yes you will get back paid from the day you were injured. Don't let the company send you to any of their doctors until you talk to a lawyer.
