i'll have to go with higher

You are going to have to define the problem better. For example, if you take the figures from the 4th answer, where he says it changes faster at low altitude, if you take those values but calculate change as a percentage of the higher altitude's value the higher altitude show a greater change.
A graph of uniform change pressure vs. altitude would be a straight line, while more at high would curve up and more lower would curve down.
Among the factors I am too tired to figure out, gravity decreases with distance and the area spreads out somewhat also.

Copying the data he refers to Excel and graphing it, reveals and almost linear line up to 10,000 feet, then an upward (increasing) curve from there up.

Air pressure doesn't really change faster based on altitudes. The rate of change of pressure depends on fluid properties such as viscosity. The air pressure is just lower at higher altitude.

Not really sure what you are asking.

i'm guessing higher altitude because then the air pressure tends to change and you get less oxygen.

It changes faster at low altitudes

e.g. at sea level pressure is 29.92 inches
at 1000 feet = 28.86 inches
Change is 1.06 inches

At 9,000 feet pressure is 21.39 inches
At 10,000 feet = 20.58
Change is 0.81 inches

the two. once you circulate greater the air rigidity turns into better, once you circulate decrease it turns into weaker. yet i think of the value that it alterations relies upon on the value which you're shifting. So while you're shifting rapid of course the air rigidity will substitute swifter and vise versa. desire this helps
