yeah the site deletes your question
but if it is deleted you can complain it gives you the option in the email it sends telling you your question has been deleted

I thought, that some one had to delete your question?

If all you said was "I love you" and nothing else (except the tipsy part,) then it is not a question, and would be subject to reporting.
