Lewd Conduct in a Public place.
Indecent Behavior in Public place
Indecent Exposure

All are chargeable offenses with jail time.

You might want to know that if sentenced... Judges are now placing people who have done these acts in public have to register as a sex offender and it will be with the person for life.

We have a friend that works for the prison system and he says many have sex offender status and the thing they got caught doing was peeing in a public park or behind a tree...etc.

Several...

Lewd and lascivious behavior
Public lewdness
are just two. If there were underage children in the vicinity, you can add: corrupting the morals of a child, child sexual assault and a coupla others.

A car is not the place for sex unless the car is in YOUR garage and the garage door is closed.

Lewd conduct, public indecency.

That is if the vehicle is in a public place. If it is in your garage and no one can see in the garage then go for it.

Mebbe indecent exposure.
It also depends on if you're parked illegally.
There is probably a whole list of moving violations if you try and do it while the car is moving.
