Do finance jobs only hire finance majors?

I am a Finance major, but I am interested in changing my major to English with a minor in Business Administration so I was wondering if I would still be able to get a position in the Financial Field. I know I can apply at JPMorgan still, but I was wondering about other companies??

I'm in finance, and my degree is HR. The girl next to me has a double major in criminal justice and ethics. My brother-in-law is a sales manager at a media company with a degree in geology. So, the answer would be no.
