We got our baby used to room-temperature milk as soon as she was eating really well. That way we could put the dry formula in the bottle and carry bottled water with us, and just mix it up when we needed it.

Bring a Thermos with hot water to warm it in. I also sometimes put really hot water in the bottle so by the time it is time to eat it is warm.

You can either get one of the thermos jugs that keep your liquid hot or you can get a portable bottle warmer. They sell them at target, wallmart and also babies r us and toys r us.
