Why would a 12 year old want to? There's no reason.

I'd say no.
Although I would allow at 12 year old to wear a little bit of foundation and concealer when they start to get spots and such. Alot of people feel more confident when wearing a bit of foundation or something similar but I dont really see mascara as much of a confidence booster.

On a day to day basis NO. But... On special occasions I believe it is okay.
I wasnt allowed to wear "real" maascara til' I was 15 and before then I was only allowed to wear clear maascara.
Dont be in a hurry to grow up. Things will come in due time. Ask your parents when will you be able to wear more makeup and look forward to it.

Honestly, whether or not a 12-year-old girl wears mascara or make-up of any kind is a matter for her and her parents to decide. In my opinion, girls in your age group do not need make-up, as your natural beauty shines brighter without it.

12 is too young to wear make-up so no. Maybe some on special occasions.

no I think that 12 is a little bit to young. I wasn't I allowed to wear any form of make-up (except lip gloss) until I was 13.

Wear lash tint, I wore it because my eyelashes are blonde, if you want to try to get a lesson from a mom or older sister, that way you will look good when you put it on.

In my school, tons of the sixth and seventh graders wear mascara, but I don't think they should. They're too young. They wear it because they think it makes them look prettier. But, they don't need makeup to be pretty.

your a child adults and 16 years and up should be the only wearing makeup!

oh my gosh. dont listen to the other poeple, they are stupid. 12 is when i started to wear mascara. they act like it is a tramp stamp for goddds sake. wear mascara, but only do one to two coats. make-up is amazing if you wear it the right way. goofle make-up and you can find some very beautiful natural looks.
