This question tends to annoy me. It is OKAY to eat fish and seafood when you are pregnant. The only thing you would want to watch out for is un/undercooked meat (and thats for anyone, yikes!). The only fish you might want to eat in moderation is Tuna, because it does carry a small amount of mercury (this is because Tuna are not usually harvested until they are older, all fish has mercury, and since they are older they have more of it). So while eating long john silvers might not be the best for nutrition value, its safe to eat.

Yes but don't eat it too often. I think a piece or two of fish once in a while would be fine. I wouldn't advise you to eat it everyday but maybe once a week or a few times per month would be ok. Good luck!!

Of course! I chomped away at them the other day! Just watch the grease! Eat in moderation!

Eat veggies the day after eating that haha

It's mainly tuna and swordfish that you should limit. So, the fish planks are probably fine.

yeah i dont see why not.

but you are suopposed to limit fish intake to keep mercury levels to a minimum.
