London is not the centre of the universe. It feels it to you, because thats what you have always known. But the same is true to the person born and raised in Scotland, or Newcastle; Norfolk, or Bristol. Accents are great, and are living reminders of our shared history. Listen and enjoy before you laugh and deride.

There's no such thing as a London accent these days.
With foreigners from all over the globe populating the City, how can you say other areas sound 'funny'?
You'll be lucky if they even speak English there in a few year's time!

Personally, the word "Innit" really annoys me because I try and work out why it was said before realising it's just been used as a full stop.

Well like I am from Cork like in the Rep. of Ireland. If I leave the county like people think that my accent is mad like. People say that we talk too fast like and that we add the word 'LIKE' to every sentence like. I think that all the english talk the same like.

MERRY CHRISTMAS
