I was told that you can take Sudaffed, Tylenol and Tylenol PM. Oh and Benydrol. Ask you doc though. I'm 22 weeks preg and I've personally taken all 3 except Sudaffed with no problem. Also, they're many antibiotics that are totally safe during pregnancy. Which I've also taken because I had Bronchitos. So, talk to your doc! Hope you feel better!

Fevers aren't good. The congestion may be caused by be pregnant to be honest. Look up stuffy nose pregnant and I guarantee you find something because I was the same way at 6 weeks!
You can take Sudafed or Tylenol Cold and Sinus, it's on my list from my OBGYN.
Email if you need, and I can scan you a copy of the meds list.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I currently have a cold too and we're in the dreaded "2 week wait" so I don't know if I'm pregnant or not.
I did some research into what I can take to cure my cold without harming my possible pregnancy and ths is the best website I found. Lots of information and well researched. There are three pages worth of info, too much to cut and paste here, so just click on the link.
Good luck!

The baby will be fine, he/she's got the same antibodies running through his blood as you do yours. As long as you're feeling ok (cold symptoms aside) your baby will be fine.
If the sneezing and congestion are really bothering you, try sipping on a warm tea (decaffinated) and using a humidifier in your bedroom at night.
If you're worried about taking any over-the-counter medications, check with your physician. Most, though , come with a warining if they're not to be taken by pregnant women.
Get well soon!!!

You need to talk to the doctor or pharmacist. I know you can take tylenol, but things like sudafed and others are not all safe. There are some forms of sudafed you can take and some you can't. Also, my first doctor said nothing except tylenol until after 12 weeks, and my second doctor had different opinions. You need to ask the doctor or pharmacist specifically! Good luck and feel better.
EDIT: Tylenol cold and sinus was on the 'safe' list from my doctor, but the pharmacist told me they changed the formula and that now it actually is not safe (depending on what form you are taking). Please ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking anything.
