I don't see how the j#ck#ss sleeps at night ...but people like that have no conscience & could care less what they do to others. As far as the similarities beteewn Old Man Down the Road N Run Thru the Jungle, I see absolutely none. Best thing about it...Creedence still is a Classic Band.Any idea he had about ruining Creedence sure didn't work.He got away with robbery as far as I see it n hope he chokes on the $$. Same old saying then as it is now....Money talks n b*llsh*t walks, And our laws are fair how....??? Great question Beatle---have a star!

All I know about him is how much John Fogerty hates him. He even wrote a song about him for his album "Centerfield" called "Zanz Kant Danz". It was later changed to "Vanz Kant Danz" due to legal difficulties. I do have an original copy of this album with that song still intact. It's a pretty bitter attack on this man. Another thing that happened to John Fogerty around the same time this album was released was he was sued for plagiarizing himself. "The Old Man Down The Road" was considered to be the same as CCR's "Run Through The Jungle". He was acquitted when a jury found that while there were similarities between the two songs, they weren't the same.
