Some cities require outdoor vendor licenses - like the vendors who sell hotdogs!

It depends on the jurisdiction. Some cities require a business license that is usally around $40. That's why a lot of those basket stands and stuff are right outside of city limits. Check with your city. You can get a hefty fine if you need a license.

Selling must be covered by a license or permit from the local government unit. Others could just have been tolerated to sell on their trucks but could be apprehended by the law enforcers if the law if applied to the letter.

You probably could sell them without a licence. But im not sure. Try asking some of the farmers, since they probably do it for living they would know all the laws and policies. Good luck :)
