If it is the chocolate I think it is, you have a hard search indeed. Is it a ball of orange flavoured chocolate that is segmented like an orange?

If so, I have only seen them in England, and I have been keeping my eyes open for them.

I give you a good chance in this shop:

I have not been there, yet, but I know from people who have been that it is a good shop!

If they can not help you, walk into the American Book Center on het Spui, (used to be in Kalverstraat,) and ask one of the English staff if they know a different English shop where you could find it.

I hope you can, and if so, please mail me the address, (I prefer the mint version though, ;-) )

Added:
It is on the list on the Arkwrights website, so they do normally stock it.
I have to visit this store sometime soon.
Address:
Rozengracht 13
Amsterdam.

These are made by the Kraft group and they certainly have a presence in the Netherlands. (Kraft Cheeses, Milka chocolate, Toblerone, etc. etc.), so I would imagine you will be able to get a Chocolate Orange somewhere.
Supermarkets? Specialist Confectionery shops?
I think I may be going to the Netherlands next week, so guess what I am now going to look out for? :-))
There is an NL. website

I hope you succeed in your 'mission'.
Good Luck!!
