Does anyone else think that it is dumb for the museum to be in Cleveland and to have the ceremony in New York. Also there are many deserving artists that should be in the hall and aren't. Don't get me wrong I think that Madonna should be in there like she's going to be this year, but there are other acts that should get in first. There has got to be a way to petition this.

Don't get me wrong I think that some of the artists going in are ok but there are other acts that should get in first. Cleveland is where the term "rock and roll" was created, and Ohio is the only state to have it's own state rock song. There has got to be a way to petition this.

The R and R hall of fame shouldnt be in cleveland anyway,
and just for the record i belive Madonna can go get hit by a truck. so, thats what I think.

I think its off in a lot of ways. It should be something like the Pop music hall of fame.
And to have the inductions ceremony anywhere but the front door of the Hall of Fame just tells you how much of a Farce it really is.

I would put Cheap Trick in before Madonna.
You are right; the cerimony should be near the Hall of Fame location.

I admit that I wasn't too pleased to hear that Madonna got in on her first try. I think there are more deserving female singers who should have gotten in before her such as Pat Benatar, Heart, Donna Summer. and Joan Jett.
