During isn't going to help but it could happen. Most women are about 7-10 days after their period. I got pregnant 3 days after my period ended.

there is no best time really coz everyone has a job. so you might as well go with the flow just let it happen and once you are then you are never plan it, it never seems to work.

Can happen anytime, but usually after. Depends on your ovulation date (mine is on CD15, usually!).
