Discriminated on what grounds?

What is the basis of the discrimination? The federal "Fair Housing Act" outlaws most forms of discrimination based on race, creed, family (single or with children), etc. The quickest way to find an attorney versed in this subject is to call the Bar Association of your state (usually an 800 number found in the phone book), they might be able to give you some ideas (not all states allow this), or check the Yellow pages "attorney" section for a breakdown of who does what or just look at some of the adds. You'd be surprised at how many you'll find! Also check to see if your state, county or city government has a fair housing agency, and file a complaint against the landlord. Even if you find someplace else to live, still file the complaint as there are too many landlords unaware of the laws governing tenant/landlord relations. Good luck.

Gotta be more specific. Why do you think you are being discriminated against?
