Adelaide reminds me of Kool Aid. I guess it doesn't sound too bad on it's own, but it really doesn't go with Grace, Lily, or Rose.
Lily Grace Stewart is an absolutely perfect and beautiful name.
If you do choose to use Adelaide, remember not to use a hyphen. There shouldn't be punctuation in a name unless you have two last names.

Grace Lily-Adelaide- I chose this one because I think its pretty and you would still be using the name Adelaide, but her initials wouldn't be GAS. I also really like the name Grace and I think it sounds great with Lily.

Grace Lily-Adelaide, because (I think) since your are using a hyphen, you'd use only the initials GLS not GLAS
If this is true, withe Grace Adelaide-Rose, her initials would still be GAS.

If you just HAVE to have Adelaide, choose Grace Adelaide Rose. Grace Lily-Adelaide is too alliterative; and heaven forbid she says her "L"s like "W"s when she's learning to talk!

Grace Lily-Adelaide, because even with a hyphenated middle name, it still only counts as the first letter. I have a hyphenated middle name, but my initials are still just MSF. So your girl would still be GAS. Instead, she'll be GLS.
