I need to know how to change blower on my 1998 crysler concorde?

I think you may be mistaken. Those cars didn't come with superchargers.

It's over in the right hand corner under the heat/cooling unit. I believe it has 3 screws holding it up in the box. If it checks out good, check out the blower motor resistor. I think it's next to it. It gives more trouble than the motor.

the blower motor is under the dash bolted to the heater box with 3 screws.
