It depends. Bottling everything up can eventually cause anger and depression. Trust me, I know. But allowing everyone to know every thing that happens to you can't be too good either. Its good to be in the middle of both in my opinion.

I used to bottle up everything, until I would explode in a rant that would piss everyone off, and make me look like an idiot. Now I can get rid of all the excessive rage, and channel it into something constructive, right here on the internet.
Y/A has got to be the best thing ever invented. You can get info on anything in the world, and you can express your opinions on everything from sexuality, to gardening.
My favorite two are, this one and the R&S category. The people in R&S, unbelievable.>>>>rude arrogant, and judgmental. christians are always after the atheists, asking horrible questions, that no other person would get asked. I just don't understand that one. I mean, why they do it.
But, anyway, thank you for asking, and I am doing MUCH better now.

Oh I let it all out..Why do you think people do not like me..
because I am negative.... It took me 50 years to figure this out. I have been fighting it for years and did come along way.
I lost friends right and left due to insensitivity. Treating people like you do your brothers and sisters is not acceptable.
I do hope these terrible things will be forgiven... I told it how I saw it. I did not consider how it would make my so called friends feel and I had quite an impact on them.... I did not know what i had learned was almost all negative. I have allot of work to do ... But if the lord provides me with time I will get things done....Therapy is not short term.......

I like to write so most of my feelings are down on paper in a poem or something. Granted, nobody really reads them, but at least i try and get over the feelings. If you bottle them up inside, people around you suffer.

Check this out pott-na
You do what you feel but since you ask.
This is what you need to look at, if you don't mind taking a chance on what you feel getting out to the public tell to someone that you can trust i hope.
The same goes for this action if it is making you ill, defensive, aggressive, depressed or just a plain old everyday a..hole then you must tell somebody about it just to save yourself.
Now if you can trust anyone at all you have to get a far and what i mean by far is (FIND ANY REASON) to be alone and tell your trouble to God, i guarantee he want tell nobody and on top of that you can get free excellent advices if you just trust him and listen, you do know that God has already trusted you with the life that you are borrowing.
ARE YOU READY?

I share most with my boyfriend. What I don't share with him I write in a journal. How about you? Hope you don't bottle it up inside because that's not good. So if you feel you can't tell anybody something then please write it in a journal.

Mostly bottle. The way I bottle things up, my mind would rival the Coke factory.
