Ok then how can i tell if my comuter will run a PCI-E graphics card?

Intel GMA is integrated graphics, and as such, is not PCI, or PCI-E compatible.

And yes, PCI-E is PCI-express.

Yes, PCI-E(xpress) and PCI is totally different slots, also AGP is completly Different aswell.

How? Open it up and look at the slots. Take a picture if you have a camera and post the picture. Or give us the model of the mainboard or computer.
