Best Buy in Cincinnati has tons of them. Also saw 3 of them at Blockbuster. I don't think the PS3 is hard to get right now, it's the Wii. Try ebay if the 40gb isn't in production anymore.

You can buy a 40GB PS3 from almost any place that sell electronics like: Walmart, Gamestop, Bestbuy, and Target.
