that really doesn't make sense because every molecule has its different properties that affect the fb and bp. unless u mean something else with ur question then we would need more details like comparison to other molecules.

Crystals

When some items cool or are cooled they lump together in a solid mass. Strong materials like metals, quartz and ice form crystals. The crystallization provides more strength than just layered material. It also provides fracture planes, when the material is brittle then a crack can easily spread along a fracture plane between the crystals.

Water has its freezing point raised because of its tendency to crystallize easily. This is also why most metals are solids at room temperatures. In waters case it is a unique property that the crystallization takes up more space than the liquid takes. Normally when a liquid is cooled to the point of solidification it takes up less volume; ice is unique in that it takes up MORE volume.

Since the 1970s there has been an idea that freezing people at the point of death will allow them to be brought back to life at some point in the future. The problem is that almost all cells are filled with water and when the water freezes it expands and cracks the cell membrane thus ruining the cell and destroying it. Frozen bodies can still be DNA donors allowing cloning technology to be used but, clones don’t have the personality or memories of the original.

2001 a Space Odyssey is one of the first novels to use suspended animation for long distance space travel. In that movie the people were chilled and put asleep they were not frozen since that would have been fatal for the crew. This is a major stumbling block to long range plans to explore other planets with humans. Unless a multigenerational ship design is used the crew will be too old to do any good once they arrive.

Water molecules are polar. They form by Hydrogen and Oxygen atoms sharing electrons with each other. The electrons are not shared equally, however. This results in the fact that the Oxygen has a partial negative charge(becomes a positive pole), because it gets more time with the electrons, and both hydrogens get a partial positive charge, because they get less time with the electrons. These Poles create an attraction among all water molecules where the opposite poles of water molecules are attracted to each other.
Not only is there polarity of these molecules, but there is also hydrogen bonding, because polar bonds, the unequal sharing between hydrogen atoms in molecules with hydrogen and other nonmetals are strong polar bonds, resulting in the two forces of polarity, and specifically hyrdrogen bonding being involved in the attraction between molecules.
These two factors, the hydrogen bonding and the polarity of the water molecules, result in the strength of the attraction between molecules, which in turn dictates the freezing point, due to how much energy, in the form of heat, or at what temperature, the attraction between water molecules can be disconnected from the solid state of being structured into the liquid (unstructured) state of matter.
