Which of the following represents the closest example of a constitutional monarchy?
1. The King writes up a constitution for his people in order to preserve the peace.

I'm having a hard time answering this question because I dont really understand answer number 2. I think the answer might be 4?? Thanks for your help.

4. in 2, the king actually keeps absolute authority because he can eliminate or modify that constitution.

The key is that in #4 the document LIMITS the power of the king.
