My dr put me on provera to regulate my period. My question is if we are trying to conceive, when should we try? I've read that you usually have your period 2-5 days after your last pill. Would I release an egg around day 6-8 after starting the pill? Any advice or info is greatly appreciated :)

I don't think you will get pregnant if you are on the pills. Two of my friends weren't regular and they came out pregnant with no problem. So I suggest to get off the pills and try to conceive or ask the doc to see what you should do.

If you weren't having periods or weren't having very regular periods before starting the Provera then you probably weren't ovulating. And the Provera will NOT induce ovulation, it simply produces a withdrawl bleed. You will need to add another medication such as clomid to induce ovulation.
