My family lives in the Dallas Ft.Worth area. I am looking for a charity that needs help on Christmas Day. Children's ages range 15-24 years. Six of us. We are willing to do anything that would help serve.

I cannot help you for that area. But, look and see if there is a group there called "Hands On". We have one called "Hands On Birmingham". They are the area chapter for a group I am pretty sure is national.
They can tell you where you are most needed for any given day. They can also match you to opportunites based on other criteria.
For example, the group I do volunteer work for used them for a festival. The girl who came out helped collect money at the door. She was looking to volunteer so she could fulfill a court order (traffic violation). She was matched b/c she needed something quickly and close to home. We were able to help her and she helped us a lot!

Call Lutheran Services or Catholic Charities. There's probably a homeless shelter. How about the VA hospital? That would be great. If nothing else, go to nursing homes with some little decorations, maybe just a silk poinsettia with a bow on it, and visit people who have no visitors that day. Maybe you could all sing some Christmas songs? My Dad sings at nursing homes most Sunday afternoons, plays his guitar. The people there just love it.
