Nope, we blame HER. She is just as bad as Valerie Plame for snitching on those honorable KBR Warriors!

They do not have "Complete Immunity."
The immunity they have is the same as the immunity of the US Military. That means that Iraq cannot put them on trial, but the USA can. The Military gets prosicuted under the UCMJ. The question is, what court do they fall under?

why would Bush be involved or even know what a corporation does, fails to do if they employ oversight or even legit accountants?
Do you know all the "things( shady or sunny) that your car dealership does?? do they sell your info, place trackers in your vehicle, guarantee that the dude installing the air bag wasn't high?? Maybe they use their profits for drugs, pole dances, or chewing tobacco?? Should you be slammed because you had a tie /investment or "knew" the owners???

It does depend on what he knew and when he knew it.
I'd like to think he wouldn't do something that evil.
I don't think it was any ones finest hour and the delay in taking care of it is unconscionable.
This was an American woman too, if it happened on American soil we would have arrested them, not stuck her in a holding area and 'lost' the rape kit.

How do you think they have immunity? The crime was committed in the "Green Zone (an American zone)."
BTW. Is it also Bush's fault that you're an idiot?
Sorry, that was my "inside" thinking seeping out.
