Christmas tree with decorations are up.
I am foregoing the outside lights in a nod to energy conservation, but have a big, pretty decorated wreath on the front picture window and candle sticks with nightlight bulbs in the windows.

Yes - We put up a black christmas tree this year with pale pink, pale blue and silver decorations - looks very stylish. We have also put up a smaller silver tree, with royal blue and pink decorations which looks awesome as well.
Not putting the presents under it until Christmas Eve though.

Not yet, weather crappy last weekend and tree farm was closed. Found that out when we drove out there. Bummer
