I had my ears pierced when I was 4 months old. Not sure what the age limit is now, but you could check at Claire's or some place like that. I am 26 now and I still have my first set of holes and 2 additional sets ( so 3 on each side) plus one in my cartilage. Many people are against having it done for many different reasons. However, if that's what you want to do and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, then do it! If your child wants to take them out later on, then so be it.

My daughter's pediatrician said there is no medical reason for her to tell me not to get my daughter's ears pierced the norm is wait for them to get their first set of shots (2 months). I waited until my daughter was 5 months old and I regret not doing it before. My lil one sleeps on her sides and the first two night she couldn't sleep! I would get them a lot sooner if I have another baby girl! Good luck!

You can do it anytime. It was before that people wait for a certain period of time b4 they do it You can even get it done before you live the hosptal, during this period, baby won't feel the pain and small earing will be put their immediately. Do it while still in the hospital as you will do circumcision for boys while still in hospital. Good luck

They usally want the baby to have her first shots, so i would say after 2 months. I had my daughters ears pierced at 8 months and she was fine.

You can get a babies ears pierced anytime, though I would talk to the pediatrician.

Lots of times the pediatricians office will pierce infants ears or they can recommend someone.

Because infection can cause many serious issues for a baby, I would ask your pediatrician. The average is about six months.

2 months that's what they say but wait at least until the baby is six months.
