It is extremely offensive, ill-conceived and non-sensical. However, it should not have been deleted, in my opinion.
Questions like these, I'll assume are innocent inquiries by either immature kids or adults lacking any common sense and should be used to try to educate the lame standards of the questioner.
If this is an attempt at being sarcastic, it failed.
If you really don't understand why it was offensive and probably deleted, my prayers go out to you because you clearly have a long road ahead of you
