There are three options.. One wait till tomorrow, however as this is your second, your labor may be much quicker than last time, so waiting might now be your first choice. Two.. call your midwife (oncall) and explain to them what you are feeling. They will tell you whether you should stay home or go Three.. go to the hospital, worse case, labor isn't active yet and your body is just prepping and they send you home.. Personally I would call my midwife and run it by them. They should always have someone one call and they will know what is going on from your symptoms. Then you don't have to worry that you made the wrong choice by staying home or going to the ER. Good luck, you are almost there!!
