Those two personalities and characters held that show together, I can't think of any suitable contemporary replacements. And Mel Gibson as Hannibal? No way!

I'm not saying they should use all of the original actors, but why do they need to have the rest playing the same characters? Surely there are more than just five quirks to play on in this world. Who will play Decker?

Anything is possible when it comes to movies. Remember they replace Bill Murry aka Bosley from Charlie's Angel with a black actor named Bernie Mack for the sequel. That was dumb and the reason it bomb at the box office. Nobody is buying it. They should have ask Steve Martin to replace him or another white actor. Or a black Harvey Dent in Batman to Tommy Lee Jones in Batman Forever.

Burt Reynalds as Hannibal (cocky in Smokey and the Bandit)
Bruce Campbell as Face (see him in Bubba Ho-tep)
Sam Rockwell as Howling Mad Mudock (played a wide range of characters including the insane).

I agree that Mr. T should be in it. Who will play B.A. ?
As for Face, his character is supposed to be the ladies man of the group. Dirk Benedict is in his 60s now so they probably wanted someone younger looking.

i hadn't heard a/b it but come on that's just crazy. most of the cast is still alive and it would've been great. this is stupid. they shouldn't even bother if you ask me. it will be a bomb anyway.
