Some people use this as a forum to make statements and dont really ask anything. I haven't really got an objection to that, but it does annoy me when they put a question mark despite the fact there's no question in site... I'd rather see half a question than none at all.

I like it when people put half a question in the title - I think that's clever - it means that people will click into to see more details - as I did with your question....
What is it that goes. ....?
