My school only requires 120 cr. but for Illinois certifications I need 150 to sit for the CPA but I would also like to earn an MBA. Should I take the 30 cr. in blaw, finance, actg, and audit and prepare for the CPA or should I go the graduate school? HELP!

You do NOT want to get an MBA right out of UG, and no good school will accept you. I would stay another semester and take more business law and finance and any higher level accounting/audit courses you can. It'll definitely be worth it in the long run. If you want an MBA apply 2-4 years after you've started working.

I'm living proof the CPA exam can be passed. To ensure you the most bang for your education, get your 30 hours of accounting and auditing and pass the CPA exam. The CPA certificate is held in higher regard than an MBA unless you are graduating with one from University of Chicago, University of Illinois, or Northwestern.

I'd go to graduate school while working professionally. In Pennsylvania, to earn a CPA, a candidate needs three years of public accounting experience to qualify for the designation anyway. You could earn your needed experience and education simultaneously, and the professional experience might be beneficial.
