I have applied numerous times at a hospital at which I already work, internal applications, they have bullsh-itted me for about 2 months. I work PRN, and I get cancelled about three out of four times. Right now I am ready to apply at the local Sams club. I want to tell them that I'm sick of the sh-it and to cancel all of the apps that I have on file. What will that do? Is there anyway to politely ask if they have considered any further on my applications and if they haven't ask them to cancel them? Admin here, PLEASE REPLY! I've worked my a-ss off for the last 3 years to get where I am, and they don't seem to care. Right now, I am pissed off. Is it wrong to want to give them the ultimatum? Any hints about what to do would be wonderful and soon. Thanks

I don't want to leave healthcare completely, I just need more income then what I am getting being cancelled all the time. I can't support myself at this level.

I have decided something, and I'm going to go and try it. I am going to take a resume and go to each department head that I have applied for and hand them my resume personally. Someone suggested this to me and I am to the point where I am determined. Who knows what will happen. And if something bad happens so be it. Mcdonalds is always hiring!
