my auntie recently listened to Mika - Big Girls (You Are Beautiful) and said to me how does he get away with this song.
So i wanna ask you guys and girls in particular are you offended by this song in any way ?

Iam noy offended by it in anyway,I think Mika is just doing it to be nice and show his appreciation to everyone and that you don't have to be a certain way to feel 'accepted'.
Personally I don't like Mika''s music by the way lol.

i like mika and this is a great song for big girls who have low self esteem
but im a bit offended because im naturally skinny and i really wish i was curvier, and it makes me feel like only big girls are beautiful

I guess it's like the nicer version of "Baby Got Back".

lol it is a great song, how is it offensive? He is just sticking up for women that are ragged on quite allot by some people.

I got the impression,that he was saying that women should be happy with how they look,hence BIG GIRLS ARE BEAUTIFUL,regardless of the stereotyping,that fat women are ugly??

I don't see why it would seem offensive. Its pretty innocent and quite fun.
