I'd draw my service pistol and tell him to come out slowly with his hands directly in front of him, then I'd turn him around, put the 'cuffs on him and throw a blanket over him. I'd make sure nobody else was in the house or that they'd been harmed. If anyone else was there who didn't belong, I have plenty of pairs of handcuffs. If any of my family had been harmed, I'd call for medical assistance and then call my station for a uniformed officer to bring a squad car. When it arrived, I'd haul his shivering frame down to the station house and book him for breaking and entering and burglary and indecent exposure. I'd then go back home and check everything for damaged or missing items and if there were any, that'd be added to the charges.
Know what? Don't bust into a house unless you friggin' KNOW it ain't a cop's house! And even then, it's not the smartest thing to do...
