I have over 200 in my deleted items box and to clear them I have to delete them one at a time. Any shortcuts?

Or, you can click the top one, hold down shift and click the last.
To choose, hold down control & click the ones you want to delete.
Then, press the delete or "X" button as usual.

For deleted items, right click the deleted folder and select empty deleted items. Anywhere else, clicking one email, then holding ctrl and clicking any others allows you to select any individual emails you wish to remove. Clicking one and holding shift while clicking another at the end of a list will select the whole list.

Try right-clicking on the Deleted Items item in the left-hand pane of the Outlook Express window. There's most likely an option in the resulting menu that lets you empty that folder.

Hit ctrl-A to select all, then hit delete.

Or, holding down the shift key, select the first email, and then select the last one and everything in between will become highlighted, again hit delete to clear them.

Further, if the list of emails you wish to delete is not in sequential order, you can hold down the ctrl key and highlight one at a time.

1) Open your outlook account.
2) Go to deleted items.
3)Press (Cntrl + A). This will select all mails in your deleted items.
4) Now press delete.

That is it !!!!

Or else........ Better option is ....
right click on the deleted items in your outlook and select Empty "Deleted items" folder.

If you want to delete all the emails, then do what they are saying. If you are wanting to delete only certain messages you can hold down either the CTRL key and click on each message to select them... or if you have a line of messages in a row you want deleted... you can click on the first one, and then hold the shift key down, and then click on the last one to hilight them all.

You can hold down the CTRL button and highlight each email message that you would like to delete, then hit delete. You can also hold down the SHIFT button, select the first email, then scroll down to the bottom of your list while holding down still holding down the SHIFT button, highlight the last email you'd like to delete and hit delete. Or, if you want to delete all of the emails in that mailbox, hit CTRL-A to select all and hit delete.

Go into the OE settings and tell it to clear deleted items upon exiting. Then you never need to delete them yourself.

If they are in your deleted folder, then just click the Delete folder and something like empty it. That should erase everything in your "waste" section.
But you can always highlight more then one and then hit delete.
