How to build a....????

Question

How do you build a bunk bed??? Like I was wondering should I even try to build one or just buy it??? What is your opinion???? Well I want the bunk bed to have a nother bed under the bottom bunk. also to have a desk. Thanks!!!I only want to know for my sis ( Twelve )

If you have to ask if you can build it then I doubt you can. You need to have some basic carpentry skills and the power tools.

Well, if you know you can build it, go for it. You'll probably save quite a bit of money, and have the pleasure of knowing you built it for your sis.

There are a lot of good one's out on the market, but there's also a lot of good DIY woodworking books that may give you a good idea, as well. If I had the tools at my disposal and a good design, I would build it myself, as self built things do tend to last longer (if you build it good, at least).

You may have to modify it for the desk, but it should be fairly simple as long as you have knowledge of working with power tools and all that good stuff.

just as long as u know how to use a tape measure, draw it first, and u should do fine
