Yes there is.
But it would help if I knew what the business was and what the routine tasks were that you were having a problem with. Such as, here is something I wrote along those lines for the various jobs of a CafePress shop. And in the CafePress forum I went into more detail on how to get free help with each of those jobs.

There are a number of things available tohelp easethe running of a home based, internet or any kind of business.

And it depends what things you want to automate.

The easiest things to automate are things like advertising, e-mail response, websites, blogs, online conferencing, ad-exchange,B2B marketing and stuff like that.

I know of a subscription service that offers all the above and more for a fee. The plus side of the one I am thinking of is you can in essence get it all for FREE but utilising the "perks" it offers.

I will put a link in, but please send me any questions and get in touch about it as I can tell you how to make the savings and even earn additionally from it.

And that goes for anyone running their own biz, I will be only too glad to help.
